How to Return Goods: Complete Guide
Purchasing an electric vehicle charger is an investment that requires careful consideration. However, if the ordered product doesn't meet your expectations or you've changed your mind, you have the statutory right to return the goods.
1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. Exceeding this period results in the loss of the right to a return.
2. How to Report a Return?
The declaration of withdrawal must be submitted in writing. You have two options:
- By e-mail: send a message to info@watio.pl
- By post: send a letter to the registered office address: s4s s.r.o., Františkánska 22, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia

In your request, please state your order number, purchase date, and your contact details.
3. Condition of the Returned Goods
For the withdrawal from the agreement to be accepted, the goods must be returned:
- Undamaged and intact
- In their original condition – preferably in the original packaging
- Complete (including all cables, instructions, and accessories)
If these conditions are not met, the Seller may refuse to accept the return and send the goods back at the Buyer's expense.
4. Delivery and Important Information About Cash on Delivery
The costs of returning the goods are borne entirely by the Buyer.
Never send the goods by cash on delivery – such shipments are not accepted by the Seller. It is recommended to send the goods as an insured parcel.
5. When and How Will You Receive Your Refund?
Upon receiving the goods, the Seller will check their condition. If everything is in order:
- The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days of the withdrawal from the agreement
- The money is refunded by bank transfer to your account
- Important: the refund will only be made after the physically returned goods have been received and inspected
