We operate the online store at watio.pl

In the course of providing our services, selling goods, and operating our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – "GDPR") and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000).

Contact Form

If you contact us in connection with our products and services, we will process your contact details – first and last name, e-mail address, address, phone number.

For what purpose?
Based on the personal data submitted, we will contact you in connection with our offer of goods and services.

On what legal basis?
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process the personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from our last communication.

Purchase of Goods

If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data necessary for the conclusion of the agreement – first name, last name, address, billing details.

For what purpose?
Personal data is necessary for the performance of the agreement – delivery of goods or provision of services, informing you about the status of your order, complaints and inquiries, as well as for fulfilling legal obligations (accounting and tax purposes).

On what legal basis?
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of a legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data?
For the period of delivery of goods or provision of services, and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision of services or delivery of goods (in accordance with the Polish Act of 29 September 1994 on Accounting).

Newsletter (marketing communication)

If you have made a purchase from us and have not objected to receiving marketing communications, we will use your e-mail address to send you our marketing information.

On what legal basis?
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in marketing communication addressed to customers.
Note: in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, sending marketing communications by electronic means requires the prior consent of the recipient.

How long will we process the personal data?
For 10 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing information, you may unsubscribe at any time by writing to: obchod@ev-nabijacky.sk

II. Who has access to the data?

Your personal data remains with us. However, certain companies that help us operate the online store have access to your data:

  • E-commerce platform operator: Shoptet a.s., Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, Company ID: 289 35 675
  • Companies involved in the shipping of goods: DPD
  • Companies involved in payment processing: Fio banka, a.s.
  • E-mail marketing service provider: Ecomail

We process personal data exclusively within the territory of the European Union.

Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
Our company does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
